Debra Regina (Jones) Brown

Debra Regina (Jones) Brown, went to Heaven surrounded by her loved ones, on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Evansville, Indiana. She was born on March 29, 1962 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Jimmie J. and Donna M. (Zietlow) Jones. She married her loving husband, Scott Brown on October 14, 2016.

Debra attended and was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church of Tell City, Indiana. She was a retired hairdresser.

Family left to cherish Debra’s memory are: her husband, Scott Brown of Tell City; step-father, Lupe Cantu; step-daughter, Chelsea Mordof; step-granddaughter, Sophia Mordof; step-grandson, Nickoli Mordof; two sisters, Samantha Rhodes of Linton and Brenda Hussain of Plainfield; niece, Brittney Stormes of Linton; nephews, Roy Hamblen of Lafayette, Malik Hussain of Plainfield and Jarrod Jones of Linton; great-nieces, Kirra Stormes, Bella Hamblen, Hayden Jones, Ariella Hussain and Camryn Jones.

Debra was preceded in death by: her parents, Jimmie Jones and Donna Cantu; two brothers, Daniel Joseph Jones and Timothy E. Jones; one sister, Peggy Sue Jones and nephew, Blake Rhodes.

A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton. Family and friends may call from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Greene County Humane Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
