Jamie was a great guide in my first year and a half of teaching. She was a great influence on me and those around her at Linton. I will never forget her.

Mrs Wright, was my 2nd grade teacher, she was one of the best! She once caught me cheating on a spelling test, didn't say anything just made me take it over. Never tried that again, rest in peace dear lady, in Heaven now!

Mrs Wright was my 2nd grade teacher and an excellent one. I am so appreciative and honored to have been one of her many students. She made sure I learned what I was supposed to. My highest respect for her great teaching ability. I still have memories of her teaching class and seeing that it was done Wright!! Proud of my 2nd grade teacher who I had way back in 1968.

I am Jamie's niece. My family moved from Linton when I was about 7 years of age ( I'm now 61). While we did get a few visits from Aunt Jamie and Uncle Don, I didn't get to know them very well until computers came about. My Aunt Jamie and I sent E mails to each other on a fairly regular basis for almost 10 years. I am thankful for that as it allowed me to get to know her better. Aunt Jamie was a strong and independent woman long before it was the popular thing to do. A school teacher in trade and in spirit. A few students of hers from years gone by, returned to Linton and looked her up to say hello. This meant a lot to her. I cannot be there physically but will be there in spirit. I will be thinking of Jamie's grandchildren and great grandchildren as well. Remember the good times. She had a long and wonderful life! I also cannot begin to convey the heartfelt thanks for the decades of friendship, family and in the end, caretakers of the entire Meng family.
