I’m so sorry for your loss. I only spoke to him a very few times, but he seemed like a very kind man.

Jerry was a good man. He worked for Quent at Crane for awhile as a draftsman and I knew him from DRMO he used to like to buy surplus government property. So sorry for your loss!!!

I worked with Jerry for Danny Sorrells (Army). Jerry and I worked one Saturday by ourselves and I brought in new potatoes and onions from my garden and cooked up a whole skilletful back in the Navy Library when it was in Bldg 13. Let me tell you that smell permeated that entire big bldg. Of course we were NOT supposed to cook back in that Library. Wouldn't you know it, our XO came in and wanted to know what that smell was and where was it coming from. Jerry and I insisted that we smelled nothing. The XO left us alone but he knew something was fishy. His name was Dumbchewski. I'll let you figure out how to pronounce it. Jerry and I ate that whole skillet full of new fried potatoes and onions and laughed and laughed and laughed. Good ole Jerry. Tom Ferguson
