Mary Ann (Priest) Robinson

Mary Ann (Priest) Robinson, 87, of Spencer, formerly of Linton, Indiana, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Spencer, Indiana. She was born on June 5, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan to Nathan M. and Henrietta (Alderson) Priest. Mary Ann was married on September 30, 1979 to Robert E. Robinson.

Mary Ann was a member of the Linton Assembly of God Church. She was an operator and then an assignment clerk with 31 years of service at Indiana Bell. She retired in 1981. Mary Ann enjoyed her church and reading in her pastime.

Family left behind to cherish Mary Ann’s memory include: step-daughter, Sherry (Larry) Huff of Greensburg, IN; niece, Peggy Walker; nephews, Steve and Jim Priest, all of Linton.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Robert Robinson; two brothers, Jimmy Priest and John Priest.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Meng Family Funeral Homes, Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton with Rev. Dick Smith officiating. Mary Ann will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Family and friends may call from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mary Ann to the Linton Assembly of God Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
