Retha Louise (McKee) McClintock

Retha Louise McClintock, 81, of Linton, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 11, 2019 at Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton. She was born on July 31, 1938 in Sandborn, Indiana to Lawrence I. and Hazel M. (Stanton) McKee. Retha married JD (Mac) McClintock.

Retha was a member of the Sandborn United Methodist Church. She worked for the state of Indiana for several years and then went to work at an insurance office in Indianapolis.

Family left to cherish the memory of Retha includes: one sister, Katrina Stremming of Sandborn; one brother, Chet (Linda) McKee of Princeton, Indiana; several nieces and nephews.

Retha was preceded in death by; her parents; her husband, JD (Mac) McClintock; one brother, Virgil McKee and one sister, Marilyn May.

A funeral service honoring the life of Retha will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 15, 2019 at Meng Family Funeral Homes, Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton with Rev. Rose Sparks officiating. Retha will be laid to rest at Stafford Cemetery in Sandborn.

Family and friends may call from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions in Retha’s memory may be sent to the Sandborn United Methodist Church or to the charity of your choice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
