Audrey S. 'Babaw' Goodman, 75, Of Linton, Indiana, went to Heaven peacefully surrounded by her loving family at her home on Friday, February 12, 2016. Audrey was born on September 18, 1940 in Greene County, Indiana to Hughy and Mildred M. (Raines) Higar. She married the love of her life, Larry J. Goodman, on October 11, 1959.

Audrey was a minister's wife for 40 years and she was a secretary at the Greene County Highway Department before retiring in 2010. She enjoyed her gardening, flowers, canning and visiting the shut-ins and the sick with their ministry. Audrey especially liked watching her sons, grandsons and then her great-grandson in sporting events.

Survivors include: her husband, Larry J. Goodman; two sons, Tim (Tammy) Goodman of Linton and Randy (Dawn) Goodman of Tennessee; two grandsons, Josh (Danielle) Goodman and Jordan (Lindsay) Goodman, great-grandson, Cameron Goodman; two sisters and one brother.

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Monday, February 15, 2016 at the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton with Randy Raney officiating. Audrey will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Family and friends may call at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday, February 14 and from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Monday.
