Survivors include the parents, Shan and Miranda Puckett Bowers of Vincennes; brother, Maddox Ray Bowers at home; paternal grandfather, Michael Shan (Stacy) Bowers of Vincennes; maternal grandmother, Andrea Altop of Linton; maternal grandparents, Bill (Shelley) Puckett of Linton; paternal great-grandparents, Ron (Genie) Bowers of Linton, maternal great-grandparents, Fred (Billie) Ridge of Linton, and Debbie (Ray) Hines of Linton; maternal great-great grandparents, Dick (Shirley) Ausman of Linton; great great-grandfather, Minner Fish of Linton.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Prairie Chapel Cemetery in Lyons, IN with Warren Shake officating. Friends may call at the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton, IN from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday, February 4, 2012.
