Beverly J. Voisin, 82, of Linton, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton, Indiana. Born in Linton, Indiana, on October 6, 1928, she was the daughter of Charles A. and Chloe W. (Lynn) Lawrence. She married Remy L. Voisin on September 2, 1945.

Beverly was a homemaker and a bookkeeper for Correll's LP Gas and Wolfe's City Service. She retired in 1994.

Surviving family includes her daughter, Constance L. (James) Wilson; her grandson, James L. (Kellie) Wilson; her three great-grandchildren, James Christopher Wilson, Bradley A. Mendenhall and Amanda L. Mendenhall, all of Martinsville.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Remy, in 2006, one son, Lawrence L. Voisin, two sisters and one brother.

Friends may call at the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, April 29, 2011 and from 11:00 AM until the hour of service on Saturday. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 30, 2011, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
