Carmen L. Botsford, 79, of Linton, Indiana, passed away with her family by her side, on Monday, January 20, 2025 at her home. She was born on September 2, 1945 in Vincennes, Indiana to George E. and Maxine E. (Davison) Baxley. Carmen married her loving husband, Conrad B. Botsford, on November 9, 1963.

Carmen was a member of the Saron United Church of Christ. She loved being a homemaker, her home and family were her life. Carmen was also a well-known seamstress in the area.

Family left to cherish the memories of Carmen include: her husband, Conrad Botsford; three sons, Kevin Botsford and Daniel (Jana) Botsford, both of Linton, Steve (Denise) Donaldson of Sullivan; one daughter, Connie Miller of Sandborn; three grandchildren, Arik Botsford, Rachel Donaldson and Violet Miller; sister, Nina (Red) Jerrell of Linton; two brothers, Mike (Marsha) Baxley of Carlisle and Ricki Baxley of Switz City.

Carmen was preceded in death by: her parents; her grandson, Logan Botsford; sister, Frances Donaldson; brothers, George Baxley, Joe Baxley, Carlos Baxley and Dennis Baxley.

Honoring Carmen's wishes, there will be no visitation or services.
