Charles 'Chuck' L. Botsford, 78, passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Greene County General Hospital in Linton, Indiana. He was born on March 5, 1943, in Linton to Charles C. and Ollie A. (Carrico) Lehman Botsford.

Chuck was a US Army veteran and a member of the Frank Courtney American Legion Post #22. He worked as a Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Linton with 25 years of service. Chuck was well known in the community and will be missed by all of his family and friends.

Family left to cherish the memory of Chuck include, his companion, Jeanne (Thomas) Patton; daughter, Keri L. Patton; one brother, Conrad (Carmen) Botsford; three sisters, Amy (George) Tucker, Nancy Ulrich and Phyllis Millick.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Terry Botsford and Donald Lehman, Sr.; sisters, Virginia Rose Lehman, Mary Gates, Martha Daly, Margie Hinkle, Betty Jo Anderson, Esther Himebrook, Ethel York and Thyra Hartt.

In honoring Chuck's wishes, there will be no public viewing or services.
