Cohen Firestone, stillborn, opened his eyes for the first time on August 9, 2017, seeing the face of Jesus. The son of Reid L. and Deidra A. (Drake) Firestone of Sandborn, Indiana, Cohen was born on August 9, 2017 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Cohen is survived by: his parents, Reid and Deidra Firestone; maternal grandparents, Eric Drake of Farmersburg and Shauna (Mark) Mahurin of Oaktown; paternal grandparents, Rob and Dayna Firestone of Linton; maternal great-grandmother, Sue Drake-Runyan of Farmersburg; paternal great-grandmother, Gloria Hardisty of Linton; maternal aunt, Whitley (Brett) Roessler of Sullivan; paternal uncle, Brandon (Meredith) Firestone of Odon; paternal aunt, Kelsey (Jarrod) Jones of Linton and several cousins.

Baby Cohen was welcomed home to Heaven by: his maternal great-grandparents, Ronnie and Norma Phegley, and Harold Runyan; paternal great-grandparents, Bob Hardisty, and Charlie and Shirley Firestone; cousin, Evan Sipes.
