Dannie Edward Myers, 60, of Hymera, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at St. Vincent Seton Specialty Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. He was born August 12, 1948,in Greene Co., Indiana to Norval and Alma (Miller) Myers.

Survivors include daughters, Rosalie Kay Campbell of Linton, IN, Shannon Carr of FL; and son, Danny Joe Pitcher of Washington, IN. Also surviving is a sister, Mary Syler of Dayton, OH and three brothers, Eugene Myers of LaPort, IN, Larry Myers of Jasonville, IN and Bob Miller of Ohio.

Dannie was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and nine brothers.

The family has requested memorial contributions to be made to the funeral home in memory of Dannie.

A time of remembrance will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2009 from 2:00 pm A- 3:00 pm at the Sassafras Cemetery with Graveside Services beginning at 3:00 pm. The service will be officiated by John Woods. The Myers Family has entrusted these arrangements with the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton.
