Dellis Jean Enochs, 83 of Gilbertsville, Kentucky died on Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at her home in Gilbertsville, Kentucky.
Born Monday, July 15, 1929 in Bright Shade, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Millard Jackson and the late Clara (Jackson) Jackson.
Mrs. Enochs was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was a retired Machine Operator for Western Electric in Indianapolis, IN.
Surviving are husband of 56 years, Virgil E. Enochs of Gilbertsville, KY, sons, Mark Enochs of Gilbertsville, KY and Christopher Enochs of Davenport, IA, daughters, Carolyn J. Bell of Martinsville, IN and Joyce A. Wall of Moorsville, IN, brothers, Lester Jackson of Shelbyville, IN and Harold Jackson of Avon, IN, sisters, Dorothy Rogers of Kansas City, MO, Delvie Hicks of Gilbertsville, KY and Evelyn Cooper of Nobelsville, IN; 12 grand children; 15 great grand children.
She was predeceased by brother, Mike Jackson, sister, Katherine Hurst.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Anderson-Poindexter Funeral Chapel, Linton, IN.
Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Linton, IN.
Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 8, 2013 at the Anderson-Poindexter Funeral Home in Linton, IN.
Visitation will also be held at the Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 7, 2013.
