Doris N. 'Frenchie' Fitzpatrick, 94, of Linton, Indiana, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018 at Sullivan, Indiana. She was born in Linton on August 24, 1924 to Joseph 'Bart' and Audrey Odette (Heyraud) Harrell. She married Warren H. 'Dutch' Fitzpatrick on May 15, 1942.

Doris was a member of the Linton First Christian Church. She was a homemaker and she enjoyed flowers, her family and visiting with neighbors.

Survivors include: one son, Warren Fitzpatrick, Jr.; one daughter, Vicki (Stanley) Horne, both of Linton; grandchildren, Kelly (Carol) Horne, Barry (Michelle) Horne and Heather Stockrahm; great-grandchild, Ambree Cooper; great-great-grandson, Oliver Joe; step-great-grandchildren, Casey (David) Shaw, Tyler (Tom) Parlette and James Maak; step-great-great-grandchildren, Kendra, Kinsey, Jacob, Jackson, Liam, Lennox, Landon and Caroline.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Warren 'Dutch' Fitzpatrick.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Friday, October 5, 2018 at Meng Family Funeral Homes, Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton with Warren Shake officiating. Doris will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 4 and from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Friday at the funeral home.

The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Breast Cancer Awareness. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
