Dusty L. McKim, 60, of Linton, Indiana, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones on Monday, November 4, 2019 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. He was born in Greene County, Indiana on April 11, 1959 to George Corbin and Wilma L. (Tincher) McKim.

Dusty worked for the State of Indiana Highway Department for 18 years.  He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #22 and VFW Auxiliary.

Family left to cherish the memory of  Dusty includes: two sons, Ryan Huff of Sullivan and Dustin McKim of Sullivan; two daughters, Halea McKim of Sullivan and Tawni Smith of Somerville, IN; fifteen grandchildren; three sisters, Cindy (Jim) Anderson, Kathy (Larry) Richardson and Marcia McKim all of Linton and one brother, Marc (Jean) McKim of Bloomington.

Dusty was preceded in death by: his parents, George and Wilma; his brother, Larry McKim; nephew, Brett Anderson and great-nephew, Eric Anderson.

A funeral service honoring the life of Dusty will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at Meng Family Funeral Homes, Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton with Pastor Dick Smith officiating. Dusty will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 6 and from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Thursday at the funeral home.
