Eula Pearl Suggs, 90, of Linton, IN, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2013, at Franklin/Glenburn Home. She was born in Helenwood, TN, on December 11, 1922, the daughter of Euel and Gertie (Simpson) Slaven. On August 8, 1955, she married William Suggs.

Eula was a homemaker and member of the Dugger First Christian Church.

Survivors include her son, Donald Baize, Sr. of Linton; grandsons, Donald (Fran) Baize, Jr. of Linton, Jeff (Evelyn) Baize of Terre Haute, and Kenny Baize of Vincennes; three additional grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mary White of Mishawaka, IN.

Eula was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William; a daughter, Sherrie K. Marshall; a daughter-in-law, Enice Baize; three brothers and one sister.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at the Newberry Cemetery with Rev. Dick Smith officiating. The Suggs family has entrusted arrangements to the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton, IN.
