Eunice C. Baize, 65, of Linton, IN, passed away Thursday, January 28, 2010, at Greene County General Hospital in Linton. She was born on August 21, 1944, to Ralph and Roberta (Hammond) Coy McIntosh. On May 29, 1968 she married Donald M. Baize, Sr..

Eunice was a homemaker and had worked as clerical secretary for several different businesses over her career. She was a member of American Legion Post #22 Ladies Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband, three sons, Don (Fran) Baize of Linton; Kenneth Baize of Bloomfield and Jeffery (Evelyn) Baize of Center Point, six grandchildren one brother, Gilbert Coy, Jr. of Lisbon Falls, ME; three sisters, Robin Coy of Northern Maine; Sandra (Mike) Bodge of Richmond, ME and Georgett McIntosh of Knoxville, TN.

Eunice was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Scott McIntosh.

Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 1, 2010 with Rev. Warren Allen officiating. Friends may call at the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, January 31th, 2010, and calling will continue on Monday, February 1st, 2010, from 9:00 AM until the hour of service. Interment will follow at Newberry Cemetery in Newberry, IN at a later date.

The family has requested memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
