Gaylon D. Frank, 73, of Linton, Indiana, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on April 14, 2017 at his residence. He was born on June 1, 1943 in Evansville, Indiana to Orville Clinton and Anna Louise (Moesner) Frank. He married his loving wife, Carol A. (Robinson) Frank on February 18, 1967.

Gaylon was a US Air Force veteran. He worked hard as a coal miner before his retirement. Gaylon loved farming, hunting and mushroom hunting.

Survivors include: his wife, Carol A. Frank of Linton; two sons, Tommy (Patty) Frank of Arkansas and Kevin Frank of Linton; daughter, Kerin (Joe) White of Linton; grandchildren, Kyle, Amy and Ryan Frank, all of Arkansas, Bradley (Emily) White and Justin Alton, both of Linton; great-grandchildren, Zaidyn White of Linton, Elena Alton of Arkansas and Carmen Alton of Linton; two brothers, Fred Frank of Florida and Mike Frank of Evansville and one sister, Shirley of Evansville.

Gaylon was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Everett Frank.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date in Boonville, Indiana. No visitation is scheduled.
