Georgia L. Clark, 83, of Bedford, formerly of Sandborn, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2006, at the Bedford Hospitality House. Born in Sandborn, IN, on June 18, 1923, Georgia was the daughter of William Charles and Joy McClellen (Anderson) Wagner. On January 16, 1946, she married Charles R. Clark. Georgia was a homemaker and a member of the Guthrie Christian Church in Guthrie, IN.
She is survived by two daughters: Rhea (Larry) Meeks of Bedford, IN and Dinah (Leroy) Dunkin of Mooresville, IN; six grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 11 great step grandchildren, and 11 great-great step grandchildren; two brothers: David (Toni) Wagner of Easton, MD and Wm. R (Peggy) Wagner of Edinburgh, IN; four sisters: Norma Jean Lucas, Helen Cooper, and Goldie Lucas all of Linton, and Ercil Burress of Jasonville; and a special friend, Kathleen Slade.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles (May 29, 1996), a brother Carl Wagner and a sister Lola Mallett.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, December 29th, at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton. Friends may call from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Sandborn Cemetery in Sandborn, IN, with Rev. George Sites officiating.
