Harriet A. (Lambert) Hauger, 85 of Linton, Indiana, passed away peacefully, on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Garden Villa Nursing Home in Bloomington, Indiana. She was born on September 12, 1932 in Grates Cove, Newfoundland, Canada to William and Amelia (Benson) Lambert.
Harriet was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and the American Legion Auxiliary in Linton. She worked as a Caregiver for Home Health Care. Harriet was a Bingo enthusiast.
Survivors include: two sons, Ernie Wright of Bloomington and Kevin Shepherd of Indianapolis; two daughters, Bonnie Nixon of Indianapolis and Patti Bronny of Washington State; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Minnie Winsert and Joyce Noseworthy, both of Canada; several nieces and nephews.
Harriet was preceded in death by: her parents; sons, William Randall Wright, Wallace John Wright and Charles Otis Wright; brothers, Wallace and John Lambert; sisters, Myrtle Tippett, Marcie Meadus, Carrie Kellard and Phyllis Lambert.
Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 PM on Monday, February 26, 2018 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Lyons with Pastor Bryan Taylor officiating.
