Helen V. Myrick, 89, of Linton, IN, and formerly of Bruceville, IN passed away on Saturday, June 09, 2012, at the Greene County General Hospital in Linton. She was born in Patoka, IN, on April 16, 1923, to Fred M. and Ethel (Phillips) Turpin.
Helen was a Sales Clerk at Potter & Brumfield and the Head Cashier at 3-D in Princeton, IN for several years. She was a member of the New Covenant Ministries Church. She enjoyed talking about all of the places she had visited during her life and loved being with her church family, who loving referred to her as "Mama Helen".
Survivors include one sister: Leona Harmless of Tucson, AZ; several nieces and nephews; and special friends: Randy and Jodeana Raney.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents; three husbands, David Hull, Gilbert Meneedoht and Bobby Myrick; four brothers, George, Arthur, Kenneth and Albert Turpin; and one sister, Alice Weitzel.
A Memorial Service celebrating Helen's life will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 10:30 AM at the New Covenant Ministries Church in Linton, IN.
Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton, IN has been entrusted with all the funeral arrangements.
