James A. Weaver, Jr., 52, of rural Linton, Indiana, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2008, in Brazil, Indiana. He was born in Linton, on March 28, 1955, to James A. and Judy K. (Henico) Weaver. James married Jane A. Angleton on August 31, 1985.

James was a life-long resident of Linton and currently worked as a laborer for Great Dane Trailers in Brazil, Indiana.

Survivors include his wife, Jane A. Weaver, three sons: Jason Levi (Misty) Weaver of Jasonville, Jarod (JJ) Weaver, Dwight (DJ) Weaver of Linton, a daughter, Jennifer Weaver at home, a grandson, Kaden Minks, a brother, Tim (Tina) Weaver of Salt Lick, KY, and a sister, Ava Weaver of Vincennes, IN.

James was preceded in death by his parents and his grandparents.

Friends may call at Anderson-Poindexter Dugger Chapel on Sunday, March 2, 2008, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and from 10:00 AM Monday until the hour of service. Funeral services will be held at the Anderson-Poindexter Dugger Chapel on Monday, March 3, 2008, at 2:30 PM with James 'Bo' Simmons officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton, Indiana.
