Janet R. Taylor, 67, of rural Linton, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2008, at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was a life long resident of Linton, born July 29, 1941, to Henry and Thelma (Cox) Henico.

Janet was an LPN at the Linton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was a member of Linton Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her son, Scott (Karen) Henico of Linton, a granddaughter, Holly (Travis) Sollars of Nashville, TN, a grandson, David Wilkins of Linton, and Step-Children: Dana, Tony and Valerie Taylor, all of Monroe City, IN, two brothers: Dennis (Paula) Henico of Linton, and Jack Henico of Indianapolis, IN, and one aunt, Helen Goodman of Linton. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Andrea Taylor and a sister, Judy Weaver.

Friends may call from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel on Friday, December 26, 2008. The funeral will begin at 1:00 PM with Rev. David Atkins officiating and burial following at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
