Jerry W. Plummer, 68, of Linton, Indiana, passed away Monday, April 06, 2009, at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born October 30, 1940, to Kenneth W. Plummer and Hazel Lucille (McKain) Jordan. On October 7, 2003, he married LaDona J. (Williams).

Jerry was a member of The Pentecostal Church in Sullivan. He was employed with J.I. Case for 26 years as a machinist and Quality Control Inspector until he retired in 1992.

Survivors include his mother, Hazel Jordan of Sullivan, wife, LaDona J. Plummer of Linton, sons, Rob Plummer of Noblesville, Rick (Kathy)White Shake of Carlisle, daughter, Tiffany (Robert) Atkinson of Sullivan, six grandchildren, and brother, Kenneth Plummer of Sullivan.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, and infant daughter Kimberly Plummer.

Friends may call at The Pentecostal Church, N. Beasley St., Sullivan, IN from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, April 09, 2009 and from 9:00 AM until the hour of service on Friday. The funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM, Friday, with Pastor Randol Easton officiating. Interment will follow at the Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan, IN. The Plummer Family has entrusted these arrangements with the Anderson-Poindexter Dugger Chapel in Dugger.
