Jesse B. Ross, 52, of Linton, Indiana, passed away on Friday, January 20, 2023, in his residence, surrounded by family at bedside. He fought a courageous battle of cancer for over four years. He was born on February 19, 1970, in Franklin, Indiana and raised by John E. and his mother Carol L. (Bumberger) Lasiter.

Jesse was employed in bridge construction in which he did proudly. He enjoyed fishing, playing with his RC cars, tinkering on trucks/cars and anything to do with outdoor activities.

Family left to cherish the memory of Jesse include his mother, Carol Lasiter of Linton, his companion Rachella Clinedinst, daughters, Tori L. (Joseph) Boyd of Whiteland, Mylaka (Casey) Simmons of CT, Kerri Waskom of Linton, and Hope (Stephen) Zaucha of Linton, son, Michael (Cassie) Waskom of CO; six grandchildren.  Also survived by his sister, Julie Stephens of Pleasantville, nephews, Chai, Jesse and Johnathon Park.

Jesse was preceded in death by his dad, John E. Lasiter.

Family and friends may gather to honor the life of Jesse from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton. There will be no formal funeral service at his request.
