84 of Switz City, IN died at 5:46 PM, March 30, 2005 at the Bloomington Hospital. He was the son of John E. and Hazel Justus Miller and was borned on July 17, 1920 in Switz City. He served with the U. S. Marine Corps during WWII, and taught at Switz City Central High School for 33 years. He was a member of Switz City Baptist Church and Switz City Masonic Lodge #676 F & AM as a 50 year menber. He was married to Myrtle J. (Flagtwet) on October 27, 1943 and they had four sons and two daughters, the sons are John D. of Greenwood, IN, Doug of Switz City, IN and Jeff of Greenwood, IN, daughters Sandra Townsend of Newberry, IN and Marsha Brady of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by two brothers and two sisters, H. Warren Miller, of Acton, IN, Ruth Rader of Danville, IN, Aleatha King of Ocala, FL and Russell Miller of Switz City, IN., 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Ron and three brothers, Jerry, Harry, and Ross, one sister, Wilma Haines. The family request Memorial Contibutions be made to Switz City Baptist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
