Judi was born June 16, 1955 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Ferris L. and Mary Ann (Tully) Roberson. She is survived by her husband Joseph Hartsburg of Sandborn, Indiana where they lived happily for 18 years.

She leaves behind four biological children: Antoinette Baker, Autumn Seprodi, Jacob Seprodi, and Brooklyn Seprodi; two step-children; Jacob Hartsburg and Amanda Needles; a brother-in-law Jim and his wife Debbie along with their daughters Lori and Angela Additionally, Judi leaves behind four sisters: Mary Jo Pierson (David) of Florida, Patricia Jensen (Jay) of Pigeon Forge TN, Carol Newport (Bob) of Plainfield IN, and Rita Drake (Stanley) of Terre Haute IN. She will be sadly missed by numerous nieces and nephews.

Judi was the town Clerk /Treasurer for the Town of Sandborn and met no strangers.
She befriended town animals and fed a stray cat in her office. Many people were recipients of her many talents over the years. She loved to sew, and work on jewelry. She ran an e-bay business, worked in their garden and produced many fine wares to share and sell. She was a self-taught computer whiz and attacked intricate problems with a thirst for answers. She loved singing and laughing and was known to break out in song. Her favorite song was, "New York, New York." She liked Las Vegas and married Joe there in 1998. Her sense of humor was always part of her captivating personality, and her wit was quick and gentle. The light in her eyes when she spoke of Joe was illuminating, her love contagious. People could always tell how very much she was loved by Joe. Judi will be missed but remembered by all.
