Judith 'Judy' A. Yagle, 75, of Sandborn, Indiana, passed on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton. She was born in Vincennes, Indiana on November 5, 1938 to Edgar A. and Maye E. (Nierste) Menke. Judy became the wife of Jimmie F. Yagle on October 27, 1957.

Judy was a homemaker, wife, and mother. She was a member of the Sandborn United Methodist Church, Past Worthy Matron of Eastern Star - Sandborn Chapter, Past-President of Delta Theta Tau "Delts" Sorority, and Children's Sunday School Superintendent.


Survivors include: her husband, Jimmie Yagle; son, J. (Pam) Yagle of Sandborn; daughter, Janessa (Kyle) Crabtree of Avon; grandchildren, Nate Yagle and Lacey (Clayton) Ramsey, both of Sandborn, and Jordan (JoDee) Templeton of Indianapolis; great-grandchildren, Madison, Cash and Jayla; and sister, Jackie McKee of Bicknell.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents.

For those who wish, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the Sandborn Community Youth Group (c/o Sandborn Christian Church).

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 24, 2014 at the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton with Bryan Sanders officiating. Interment will follow at the Sandborn Cemetery.

Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, February 23 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Monday from 9:00 AM until the hour of service.

The family has entrusted Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel with these arrangements.
