Kitrick Raymond Levi Dunn, of Worthington, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at Riley ChildrenA's Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, on September 7, 2011 to Travis Shane and Amanda Dawn (Corns) Dunn.

Survivors include his parents, Travis and Amanda Dunn of Worthington; his aunt, Misty; uncles, Levi Michael, Brett, Justin and cousin, Kaden.

Kitrick was preceded in death by his grandmother, April Corns and grandfather, Raymond Flater.

The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in honor of Kitrick. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 4:00 PM at the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton, IN.
