LaShae DeeAnn Phillippe, 13, of Shelbyville, Indiana, and formerly of Bicknell, Indiana passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2011, at Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on July 3, 1998, to Kevin L. and Deanna S. (Taylor) Phillippe.

LaShae was a member of the Jesus Name Apostolic Church in Bicknell, Indiana.

Survivors include her parents, Kevin and Deanna Phillippe; brothers, Mitchell and Jarrod Phillippe, both at home; maternal grandmother, Wanda Taylor of Hymera, IN. LaShae is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

LaShae was preceded in death by one sister, Shalyn Phillippe; paternal grandparents, Louis and Betty Phillippe and maternal grandfather, Harlin Taylor.

The family has requested that memorial contributions be made in memory of LaShae through the funeral home.

Friends may call at the Souls Harbor Church in Shelburn from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, December 18, 2011. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM, Monday, December 19, 2011 at the Souls Harbor Church with Rev. Darren Thrasher officiating. Interment will follow at the Bicknell IOOF Cemetery in Bicknell, Indiana.

The family has entrusted Anderson-Poindexter Dugger Chapel in Dugger, Indiana with all funeral arrangements.
