Lori L. Chamberlain, 46, of Sullivan, IN, went to be with the Lord surrounded by her family on Wednesday, November 3, 2010, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born in Martinsville, Indiana, on December 9, 1963, to Orin Fred and Shirley (Knowles) Chamberlain.

Lori was a member of the Dugger Church of Christ. She was owner/operator of Sound Decision Exhaust of Sullivan. Lori was an avid fan of both Elvis and NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt, Jr. She also loved to work puzzles.

Survivors include her parents, Fred and Shirley of Switz City, IN; two sisters, Lisa (Shane) Jackson-Stormes of Dugger and Jennifer (Dwayne) Calvert of Worthington; two nephews, Jordan and Justin Jackson, both of Dugger and one great-nephew, Conner Jackson.

Lori was preceded in death by her grandparents.

The family has requested memorial contributions to be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation with envelopes available at the funeral home.

Visitation will be Friday, November 5, 2010 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton, IN and on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at 9:00 AM until the hour of service.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 6, 2010, at the funeral home with Bro. Nick Moore and Alan Buzard officiating. Interment will follow at Stafford Cemetery in Sandborn, Indiana
