Louise Hensley, age 85, of Linton, passed away Monday, July 24 at the Linton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on September 6, 1920 to Elba and Nettie F (Flory) Bland. She was of the Pentecostal faith. She retired from RCA in Bloomington in 1982 and worked several additional years at the Linton Nursing Home in the laundry department.
She is survived by two sons: Arthur L. Hensley and James E. Hensley of Dugger; two daughters: Wilma R. (Phillip D.) Jerrell of Bloomington and Carolyn F. (Carl R.) Crichfield of Linton; a special friend Bob Story; two sisters: Virginia Archer and Wanda Crynes of Linton; and a brother: Russell Bland of Bloomington.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers: Delmar, Virgil, and Junior Bland; and two sisters: Tootie Bland and Geneva Rogers.
Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
