Michael B. Donaldson, 48, of Merritt Island, Florida, formerly of Sandborn, Indiana, passed away Monday, January 19, 2009, at his residence. He was born on September 30, 1960 to Bob L. Donaldson and Heide (Ahrens) Donaldson. Heide later married David O. Anderson, who became Michael's father while he was still quite young.

Michael graduated from North Knox High School in 1978. He was an aircraft mechanic with Pratt & Whitney. Michael was a member of the Sandborn Christian Church.

Survivors include his parents, Heide and David Anderson of Linton; his twin sister, Heidi (Ted) Bower of Mooresville; two brothers, Shawn (Tami) Anderson of Bloomington and Jason (Holly) Anderson of Chicago, IL; sister, Vilena Anderson of Linton; nieces and nephews, Augusta, TJ, Aidan and Ava.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, grandmother and uncle.

Friends may call at the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, January 23rd, 2009, and on Saturday, January 24th, 2009, from 9:00 AM until the hour of service. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM on Saturday with Larry Martin and Pastor Cliff Gano officiating. Interment will follow at Sandborn Cemetery in Sandborn, IN.
