Patricia Rose 'Patty' Hester, 65, of Worthington, IN, passed from this life on Wednesday, September 26, 2012. She was born in Linton, IN on January 6, 1947, to Marvin and Leona A. (Stantz) Kirkpatrick. She was united in marriage with Ronald W. Hester on February 15, 1964.

Patricia was a homemaker and a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of the American Legion Post #22 Ladies Aux. Patty went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was loved and cherished by her children, grandchildren and loved spending time with them. Her hobbies included crafts, collecting Depression Glass and playing bingo.

Survivors include her Son, Ricky Hester (Esther) of Elkhart, IN; Daughters, Tammy Wilson of Switz City; Tracy (Scott) Keith of Bloomfield; Vicky (Todd) Snyder of Worthington; Grandchildren, Patrick, Emily, Tasha, Tiffany, Mercedes, Tesla, Levi, Alexis, Megan, Veronica and Jasmyn; and Four Great-Grandchildren.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her son-in-law Mike Wilson.

Visitation will be held at the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Monday, October 1, 2012. Graveside services will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Linton, IN.

Friends may call at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel from 11:00 AM until the hour of service at 12:30 PM, Monday, October 1, 2012.
