Paul Jay Lux, 50, of Linton, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2016. He was born on December 21, 1965 in Linton, Indiana to Jerry J. and Marlene K. (Bowers) Lux. Paul married Terry A. Stephens on June 30, 1995.

Paul attended St. Peter Catholic Church in Linton. He worked out of the Operating Engineers Local 841, where he was a member. Paul enjoyed fishing, hunting and most of all, being around family and friends.

Survivors include: his wife, Terry Lux of Linton; two sons, Richard Dale (Lois Ann) Barton, Jr. and Ren Daniel (Alicia) Barton, both of Linton; eleven grandchildren; his parents, Jerry and Marlene Lux of Linton; one brother, Danny Lux of Jasonville; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Paul was preceded in death by an infant brother, Raymond Jon Lux and one granddaughter, Hanna Alene Faith Barton.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Monday, February 29, 2016 at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel with Pastor Larry Waters officiating. Paul will be laid to rest in Bohley Cemetery in Linton.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday, February 28 and from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Monday at the funeral home.
