Robert 'Bob' Gene Miller, 73, of Midland, Indiana, passed away at his home on January 4, 2018. He was born on September 23, 1944 in Linton, Indiana to Jesse and Violet (Myers) Miller.

Bob was a devoted and beloved father and grandfather. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends. Bob spent his life working on the railroad until his retirement.

Survivors include: one son, Robbie Miller of Jasonville; one daughter, Melissa Keller of Jasonville; three grandchildren, Brady Miller, Shelby Miller and Braxton Keller; one sister, Carolyn Widdifield of Crystal, IN; many nieces and nephews.

Bob was preceded in death by: his parents; one son, Bryan Miller; three brothers, Jesse Miller, Jackie Miller and Pete Dove; four sisters, Jacklyn Alumbaugh, Betty Crowder, Marge Miller and Alice Hansens.

A memorial service is scheduled for 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton with Rev. Dick Smith officiating.

Visitation is scheduled for 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
