Robert "Bobby" Eugene England, 59, of Sandborn, passed away Friday, February 27, 2009 at his residence. He was born on November 10, 1949 in Sandborn, IN to Robert Emerson and Dorothy Inez (Terrell) England.

Bobby was a farm hand for 27 years. He enjoyed attending car shows, auctions, festivals and hanging out at the gazebo at the Blue Jay Junction with his friends. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend to many.

Survivors include his father, Robert England of Sandborn; one sister, Anna Bilyeu of Linton; one niece, Dawn Ann Thompson of Xenia, IL; one great-nephew, Devan Wood of Sandborn. He was also survived by several aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy, on January 3, 2007.

Friends may call at the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, March 1, 2009 and from 9:00 AM until the time of the service on Monday. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 2, 2009 at the funeral home with Bryan Sanders officiating. Interment will follow at Sandborn Cemetery in Sandborn, IN.
