Robert Michael 'Mike' Ladson, 61, of Elnora, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at his residence. His family was by his side until this life's journey was over. Mike was born on January 7, 1957 in Cocoa, Florida to Mary Lou (Gutierriez) Gunn and Robert D. Ladson. He married the love of his life, Pamela Sue (Manuel) Ladson, on June 27, 1975.

Mike was a US Army Veteran and a member of the Newberry Church of the Nazarene, Washington Church of the Nazarene and the Amateur Radio Club. He was an Ordained Minister with Church of the Nazarene and he had worked as an Electronic Tech at Crane before retiring in 2017.

Survivors include: his wife, Pamela Ladson; son, Michael Dean (Rachel) Ladson of Shelburn; daughter, Christina Ann (Jason) Bedwell of Linton; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; his beloved dogs; two sisters, Jeannie (Bob) Wesner of Newberry and Toni (Frank) Mejean of Pleasantville, IN.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Dona Paulsen.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Monday, October 22, 2018 at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton with Rev. Bill Purcell officiating. A military service presented by American Legion Post #22 will follow at the funeral home. Mike will be laid to rest at a later date.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday, October 21 and from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Monday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
