Sharon Rose Felker, 72, of Linton, Indiana, went to Heaven surrounded by loving family, on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at her residence. She was born on March 4, 1949 in Bedford, Indiana to Ivan and Betty Smith. Sharon married Jackie W. Felker on June 25, 1969.

Sharon graduated from Mitchell High School to go on to graduate from Pacific Coast College of Nursing. She worked as a licensed practical nurse for numerous healthcare facilities. Sharon had a strong Baptist faith.

Family left to cherish the memory of Sharon includes: her husband, Jackie W. Felker; her sons, Thomas (Shannon) Felker of Linton, Michael Felker of Linton, and Richard (Mica) Felker of Linton; her grandsons, Michael Jr. and Jonathan Felker of Linton, her special niece, Chelsie (Ben) Irwin and brother Anthony Smith of Indianapolis.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Rebeca Smith.

A graveside funeral service honoring Sharon's life will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 19 Fairview Cemetery. in Linton with Chaplain Ken Coffman officiating. Sharon will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
