Wilma L. A'BillieA' DeCourcy, 85, of Linton, passed away Friday, June 27th, 2008, at Bloomington Hospital. She was born on July 16, 1922, in Linton, IN, to William B. and Edna (Frankenfield) Carlton. Billie married Charles N. DeCourcy on October 10, 1938.

Billie owned and operated A'BillieA's Beauty ShopA' and retired in 1966. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star Chapter #360 (50 yr. member), and American Legion Post #22 Ladies Auxiliary.

Survivors include a daughter, Jeanette (Phil) Webb of Linton, a son, Richard DeCourcy of Linton, a daughter, Christley DeCourcy of Hazel Grain, AL, a sister, Suzie (Harold) Brinson of Linton, 6 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Charles N. DeCourcy (5/15/1998).

Friends may call at the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, June 30th, 2008, and from 9:00 until the hour of service on Tuesday, July 1st, 2008. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 1st, 2008, with Rev. Doug Witt officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
