Brandon A. Bennett

Brandon A. Bennett, 32, of Linton, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Shakamak Good Samaritan Center in Jasonville. He was born on June 21, 1988 in Linton, Indiana to Tracy Alan and Julia Marie (Bogard) Bennett.

Brandon was employed as a welder. He enjoyed riding his Harley, bow fishing, derby’s and off-roading.

Family left to cherish the memory of Brandon includes: Savannah Henico, the mother of his son, Harley and daughter, Raylee; Lois Barton, the mother of daughter, Lilly; paternal grandparents, Ralph W. Bennett and Jayne (Kenny) Gregory, both of Linton; aunts and uncles, Todd (Brenda) Bennett, JD (Billie) Mason, both of Linton, Billy Gregory of MO, Julie (Troy) Harper of TX; cousins, Becky Harper, Audri Harper, Toddy Bennett, Jacqueline ‘Jackie’ Mason, Taylor Mason, Jayden Mason, Madison Mason, Dalton Boldery, Braxton Flinn and Wesley Sherrouse.

Brandon was preceded in death by his parents, maternal grandparents, James J. and Carolyn Sue Bogard and paternal grandmother, Irene Bennett.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Meng Family Funeral Homes, Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton. Brandon will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Family and friends may call from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.

In compliance with state regulations, social distancing and face masks are required by all attending. Additional regulations are allowing only twenty-five (25) individuals in the funeral home at one time.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home or Crane Federal Credit Union to help with expenses.
