Donetta R. Goodman, 97, of Linton, Indiana, went to Heaven, on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at her residence. She was born on August 23, 1928, in Linton to Samuel and Lenora (Franklin) Medley. Donetta married the love of her life, Edgar Leon ‘Don’ Goodman on November 2,1948.

Donetta was a member of the Lyons Assembly of God. She worked at the Dairy Queen and Linton Laundry Mat for several years.

Family left to cherish the memory of Donetta include: one daughter, Marsha Duhne of Linton; grandsons, P. Ryan (Amber) Duhne and Jamin (Trisha) Duhne, both of Linton; great-grandchildren, Zevyn, Tripp, Gabriel and Ayla.

Donetta was preceded in death by; her parents; her husband, Don Goodman; brother, Roy Stewart; son-in-law, Philip Duhne; special nieces and nephews.

Funeral services to honor the life of Donetta will be at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton with Pastor Raji Hollifield officiating. Donetta will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery.

Family and friends may call from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:30 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
