Mable McHaley Obituary

Mable M. (Barnett) McHaley, 100, of Linton, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Glenburn Home in Linton. She was born on January 1, 1921 in Linton, Indiana to Arreatus and Clementine (VanDeneede) Barnett. Mable married Herbert G. McHaley on September 14, 1940.

Mable attended the Assembly of God Church. She retired in 1974, with 28 years of service at Belden Wire Manufacturing.

Family left to cherish the memory of Mable include her grandson, Michael Patterson of Muncie and three great-grandchildren.

Mable was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Herbert McHaley; daughter, Pamela Patterson; son-in-law, Charlie Patterson; four brothers, Roy Barnett, Arreatus Barnett, Jr., Alfred Barnett and Thomas Barnett.

There will be no public visitation or services for Mable.

Mable will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery in Linton at a later date.
