Candy
There are so many wonderful Triad memories with Polly.  She was always involved behind the scenes, too.  We attended Madrigal workshops at I.U. and every day was interesting as she adapted their ideas to Triad's programs.  She also taught me needle point...fun lessons.  The last time my mother saw Polly she complemented her on her hat.  Of course, what did Polly do? It will be a keepsake. Will miss her smiles and laughter.  Thinking of you.

Candy and family,

We are so sorry to hear about Polly. She was a wonderful woman so full of interesting and funny stories. I remember that as a young Triad member I always wanted to ride in Polly's vehicle so I could hear her latest story. We loved  her and will miss her. No words can express our sympathy to you all.

Dear Candy and Family, Youre mother was very special and will be missed by our family. Norma and Polly had a great friendship and enjoyed many years together. The trip to England they especially enjoyed and had wonderful memories of it. Polly was very thoughtful of others, so kind. She would make Dad birthday cakes since his birthday was on Christmas and as a kid he didnt have many birthday cakes. She always made you feel welcome and fun to be around. We will miss her dearly.         Our Sympathays, The Witherspoons, Nancy, Beth & Max

My sympathy to the family of Polly.  I remember fondly one year that Polly, Wanda and Calvin traveled to Anita, Iowa, for our annual Scholl reunion.  My dad and mom -- Lyle and Arlene Scholl -- enjoyed their visit and chance to learn more about our Scholl family history.  My aunt Janis Scholl Shubert and her husband Joe Shubert have both passed away in Dec. 2014 and March 2015.  I know they made several connections over the years as they enjoyed doing genealogy research for their extended family.

My deepest sympathy to you all,

I never got the chance to meet Pollyanna but I spoke to her several times on the phone regarding Scholl family genealogy. She was always so willing to help even sending me a copy of a book she and other Scholl's put together in the 1980's. What a treasure she was. She will be missed.

Aunt Polly was one of a kind. Such a fun, smart, sassy gal... and a wonderful cook, too! The lovely wearables she knitted and sent up to Michigan will now be cherished even more by us. Our condolences to Kay and family. Aunt Polly will be greatly missed by our family.
