Roberta K. (Miller) Keene

Roberta K. Keene, 72, of Linton, Indiana, passed away peacefully, on Friday, February 10, 2017 at Terre Haute, Indiana. She was born in Clay County, Indiana on February 4, 1945 to Russell L. and Margaret L. (Poole) Miller. She married her loving husband of 46 years, Gary R. Keene, on October 17, 1970.

Roberta was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed taking care of her home and family. Roberta was employed at General Electric in Linton, Keller Aluminum in Linton and RCA in Bloomington before she retired in 2007.

Survivors include: her husband, Gary Keene of Linton; four sons, Russell Ray (Lori) Keene of Lyons, Wilson Earl (Michelle) Keene of Bloomfield, Chris Reid (Jill Dyer) Keene of Linton, Daniel Allen (Angel) Keene of Linton and seven grandchildren.

Roberta was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton with Rev. Arlen Pope officiating. Roberta will be laid to rest in Sink Cemetery in Clay City.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday, February 13 and from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 14 at the funeral home.
